Keep in mind that the resort is set back a bit from the ocean—so, if you’re looking for true beachfront accommodation, there are better options on this list.
Hyatt Ziva San Jose del Cabo
Next up on the list, family-friendly Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos offers top-tier all-inclusive amenities, blending luxury, comfort and adventure.
Accommodations are plush with modern features and many rooms boast furnished balconies with breathtaking views of otherworldly ocean rock formations, and of course, the aquamarine Sea of Cortez.
Children will love exploring the Kidz Club and onsite water park (including FIVE waterslides), while grown-ups soak up the sun, take part in a diversity of daily activities and fitness classes, or bask in the many wonders of the resort’s two-story Zen Spa.

Weaknesses
While the beach is stunningly beautiful, swimming is prohibited due to rough waters, a common rule at many resorts in the area. At the time of writing, the waterpark was closed (we hope this is only a temporary renovation).
Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Cabo San Lucas

We don’t usually go for the gated resort community thing, but Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort appears to be a strong exception. We love the diversity of onsite dining options, the kids club and children’s pool area for the kiddos (which is rare in these sorts of developments), and the loads of tours and amenities you’re able to access as a guest as part of the all-inclusive package.
Weaknesses
One big downside to a residential community like this is the Timeshare push, which seems more pronounced here. And, you guessed it, it’s not recommended to swim in the ocean (exposed beach, strong currents, etc.).
Breathless Cabo San Lucas
If you are looking for the best of Cabo’s legendary nightlife without sacrificing luxury amenities and top-notch service, look no further than Breathless Cabo San Lucas Resort & Spa.
This adults-only haven is one of the very best Los Cabos all-inclusive resorts for couples, singles, and friends (ages 18+) looking for an upbeat social scene located on a swimmable beach (Medano Beach).
Breathless houses 169 ultra-contemporary suites, each equipped with private, scenic terraces that boast spectacular ocean and marina vistas.
Among its most impressive amenities are two stunning pools as well as four gourmet dining venues and four lively bars to satisfy a diversity of culinary cravings.

Strengths
Breathless Cabo San Lucas is one of the few Los Cabos all-inclusive resorts with access to a swimmable beach (one of the best beaches in Cabo, in fact). If you’re looking to meet people and have fun, there may be no better all-inclusive on our list to do just that.
Weaknesses
If you’re a light sleeper or crave peace and quiet you probably won’t be happy here—any other option on our list would likely be a better fit. Also, the timeshare thing again—but, such is Cabo.
Villa del Arco Cabo San Lucas

Weaknesses
Apart from the timeshare spiels that are near-universal in Cabo, we didn’t see a lot of downsides. With that said, if you’re looking for an ultra-luxe bucket list destination, tons of dining options, or an adults-only stay, there are likely better options on our list for that.
