If you’re looking for a Mexico vacation that blends the perks of an all-inclusive vacation with easy access to Playa del Carmen’s Fifth Avenue and all this vibrant city has to offer visitors, I think that the Hilton Playa del Carmen should be at the top of your list.
The Best Time to Book a Playa del Carmen All-Inclusive Vacation
The best time to visit Playa del Carmen will depend on you and what you’re looking to get out of your vacation.
With that said, most visitor generally choose to book their travel during the dry season, which lasts from November to April. These months tend to offer pleasant temperatures, lower humidity, and not much rain, making it an ideal time of year for beach activities, exploring the town, and enjoying outdoor attractions and festivals.
However, keep in mind that it’s also peak tourist season, so accommodations and popular sites may be busier, and hotel rates more expensive.
If you’re looking for a quieter experience with smaller crowds, then visiting during the shoulder seasons might be best. There’s one in late spring (May to June) and early fall (September to October), but just be aware that you may have a brief afternoon shower.
It’s generally a good idea to avoid the hurricane season from July to October, since this time can bring heavy rainfall and big storms. However, if you’re on a budget, you’ll likely find the best deals of the year on accommodation during this time.
